  Positive messaging with the seller as the item did not arrived on time. However, I blame Royal Mail for that as I have currently experienced either with a long delay or none receipt of an item. However, after contacting the seller, he responded and the item arrived the following day. Therefore I would recommend this seller, as his response was immediate and obviously checked it out.

  Wrong colour sent. Contacted seller and they said they sent the wrong colour on purpose because that was all they had. I wish they would have said at the time so I could have cancelled and re-ordered elsewhere. Now I have waited for it to arrive and now have the bother of returning it. Waste of time.

  Recieved battery, which i though i ordered new, received a used battery, pulled from device and no tools as shown in picture
