  Product was great. No nicks or scratches and everything was running perfectly. Had an issue with receiving updates but that was not their fault. Nonetheless, communication was open and prompt. Great customer service. System was at a great price and what was shown is what was delivered.

  Not good at all!! would recommend using another seller!! the item originally was supposed to be delivered by the 8th!! and 12 days later the item still hasn't showed up!! reply from seller was just open a return!! can't return something that hasn't been even delivered!! highly suggest using a better seller!

  We shipped the customer's order on time - USPS lost his order and then confirmed delivery - everything is available in tracking history - he opened a case, received a refund from Ebay and the items were delivered. Out of our control and this negative feedback is totally unjustified. How could you wish us a blessed day and 4th of July when you placed the order and leave us negative feedback for something we had ZERO control over - you could see from the tracking that USPS had lost your order.
