  Product was shipped to me in immaculate condition and was exactly as it was in the pictures. Seller made a custom box to make sure it got to me in perfect quality! Sadly I did have to return the item which was no fault to the seller at all but more actually the quality from the manufacturer was an issue. Great seller however item was brand new and looked great! Would absolutely recommend buying from this seller.

  Arrived quickly, packaged super securely, was exactly as described, works perfectly. Can't buy these new anymore and I didn't care that it wasn't in perfect new condition, and the seller provided great pictures so I knew exactly what to expect. I really appreciated the seller taking time to take measurements to answer a question I had before purchase. Finding the dive log from previous owner still there was an entertaining surprise.   My experience was topnotch! I live in a condo so I was looking for an electric grill to use on the balcony. The item was as described, well packed and it was shipped a few days after ordering. The new Kenyon electric grills were a bit pricey for me so I thought this barely used one was an outstanding value. I used it for the first time this evening and it exceeded my expectations. Very Happy!
