  I’m not going to lie, the oil cooler, even as well wrapped as it was (with foam to protect the edges) came with two tiny bumps in the middle BUT the important part was: the seller had excellent communication and offered me options to proceed, I could return it or I could had a partial refund (partial cause the rest of the part was in excellent condition and “affected” the performance of the part like in .5% My mechanic fixed it easy and had a more than fair partial refund. Shipping was fast!

  One of best eBay sellers that service Hawaii with super awesome service, as when they learned that my order (2002 Toyota 4Runner headlight assembly set) was tracked either unreasonably delayed or lost in the mail, being routed through the USPS San Francisco Distribution Center hub, by no fault of their own, they immediately initiated a full refund.
