  Seller r4creativenest provided a smooth and transparent transaction. This Martha Stewart "scalloped "edge paper punch was one of the older, simpler styles. Consequently the plastic was a little discolored, arriving as pictured, however the punch worked just fine. I think the price was fair at the end. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged. I would buy from this seller again! Cheers!
