Not exactly turnkey for this purchase as the CMOS battery had to be replaced and the BIOS reconfigured, to complete operating system boot, some system drivers were also missing and had to be installed. Not a problem for me but to some these things would be a deal breaker. Overall though I am very pleased with this computer. Machines may need updates because Dell and Windows release them frequently. Often, a month or more passes between when we process and inventory an item. If you’re looking for a brand-new, out-of-the-box experience, then the best option is to pay full retail and buy new. This is eBay, after all—you’re buying gently used equipment at a significant discount. I did test the CMOS batter and it showed 3V which is normal.
