There is a $1 surchage for shipping. It stays $1 no matter the quantity of cards. Envelopes use top loaders, please allow up to 30 days for them if you can't potentially wait, please do not purchase. Average on envelopes has been about 5-10 days. There is a listing for First Class Upgrade for actual tracking and not ebays for orders under $20
