  Shipped quickly, but never received it. eBay packet shipping is apparently awful. Tracking never updated, never received it 15+ days out. Not the fault of the seller. Asked me to wait a reasonable time and refunded the order.

  Ordered 2 black bolt booster packs. Shipping was smooth and fast. But when the package got to me one of the packs was torn open along the top. The other pack easily pulled open along the same crease at the top. Seller claimed it was damaged in shipping kinda odd that the only damage to the product was along the top seam where the packs are open. I do believe they were resealed and the glue they used deteriorated in the heat. The pack came exactly as pictured even with the card out like this.

  We ship the item as we receive it. It isn't our fault that the items came this way. It wasn't opened as you mentioned. Perhaps there was a defect in the sealing of the package as seen in your photo. If you were unhappy, we would've gladly accepted a return unopened. We never received even a message from you about this before you left this feedback. It's quite unfair.
