    Whilst this item originally arrived well packaged very quickly it was missing parts shown in the listing. I contacted the seller straight away and they sorted it quickly without fuss and I received the missing parts within 3 days which I am most pleased with.     Excellent seller, let down by Royal Mail as there were unable to deliver an item without destroying it and their tracking was also useless as it was not factual, the seller however were fantastic, very supportive and when the item was returned damaged to them a full refund was immediately issued, I would highly recommend this seller, but please use any transport company other than Royal Mail

    After a mix up with the size, the seller couldn't have been any more helpful in organising a new delivery, and picking up the returned item. I am really delighted with the blanket and the prompt action from this seller. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. I did slip up with the delivery day and wasn't there when the courier arrived. They were very understanding and all went well
