I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong parts for my PC. 100% my fault, but the CPU’s were meticulously clean, packed nicely in a plastic case, and you can tell the seller is a total pro. The CPU’s will go in the parts drawer till they find a home.
