    The seller shipped the item immediately and the item was received in good condition. The packaging of the item was also good with bubble wrap protecting the item from in-transit damage. The item received was in the condition and exactly as described by the seller. I'd buy from this seller again.

    The hallmark of a great seller is how they operate when there's an issue. I was greatly satisfied with their resolution when a vital part was missing from my order. Communication was very smooth, they quickly acknowledged the error and made it right by shipping the part that same day. Does it suck that it happened? Yeah, but a lesser seller would've lazily given me a paltry discount and had me hunt ebay for the part myself. I would absolutely buy from them again. It wont let me type more so A+++

    Items arrived quickly, appeared to be in great shape and a very fair price. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong parts for my PC. 100% my fault, but the CPU’s were meticulously clean, packed nicely in a plastic case, and you can tell the seller is a total pro. The CPU’s will go in the parts drawer till they find a home.
