  Golf Augusta was one of only a few sellers carrying this shaft that I was looking for and had a competitive price. It was advertised as uncut with grip loose in the box. I messaged the seller to inquire if they would be willing to cut the shaft down to my preferred length for an additional fee, and they messaged me back that they would cut and assemble the shaft for me free of charge if I messaged them after making the purchase. Shaft arrived as promised. Very positive experience!

  Very good transaction except for communication. We were responding back and forth but the communication stopped when asked for the proper shaft. They shipped a different shaft in it.
