  Item arrived as described and in excellent condition. For open box stock, all accessories were included. Packed exceptionally well despite needing to make its way from the USA to Australia. Postage cost was high but I understand that is due to the recent tariffs put in place, still amazing value even with postage factored in. A+++

  Open box item was in near new condition, with only minor paint blemishes as the seller described and pictured. Item was in it's original packaging and all the hardware screws were included! Cost of the item could have been a little cheaper, and there wasn't free shipping.

  Expensive case when First released, No longer made I assume left over stock for seller collecting dust. I bought one directly from manufacture even conversed with owner in Australia. Seller price matched discontinued product. I appreciate the good will and accepting my offer. Arrived VERY well packed, not had time to check all parts but appears to be all there minus directions, I have those from the other one I bought should be Ok. Crossing my fingers all hardware there. TY

  Despite inventory issues that prevented a successful sale. The quality of the customer service I received when the seller realized there was a problem was top notch. The seller took responsibility immediately, offered alternate options, and when those did not work for me issued a refund promptly. A masterful display in the arena of customer satisfaction.
