  Well made quality bag with an excellent Hufflepuff appearance. Arrived well packaged and in perfect wrapped condition. Reasonably priced, The only let down was the delivery time of almost 6 weeks, the seller explained reason,

  Do not buy from this seller. Advertised at 1 price. And also paid for royal mail 48hr tracking postage. They started it was posted but untracked ???. (Obviously never posted so this is deceiving info) They then stated they had put the wrong price on the posting for the item. Under selling law they have to sell at the price advertised. If they make a mistake that isn't my issue. They wouldn't complain if they got more. They then sent my money back. Please read other bad feedback.

  Item advertised as ‘like new’ but is like ‘good’ so not as described Communication wasn’t good at all Delivery only got sent when I messaged to cancel order a week after ordering. Marked as neutral as I did actually receive it and isn’t in bad condition and was packed well. A bit more interaction with customers may bump up peoples feedback.
