A working E4406A was opened, its power supply was removed, and the unit from this vendor was installed. The E4406A started to boot up, but then stopped, as if the power button was pressed. After that, pressing the power button did nothing. Replacing the power supply with the original power supply, and the E4406A booted. Try again with the vendor's unit, and it would not turn "on". I will use EBay's process to remove my (initially negative) review once that is done. (I should have contacted the Vendor before leaving the review!)
