  The bike rack is new as described. The box was open when we received it but that's because US customs opened it and didn't reseal it. Luckily all parts were still in the box including the keys. The rack is not available in the US so we were glad we could get it from the UK. Seller shipped it immediately and we received it more quickly than we thought we would. Overall an excellent experience and would buy from seller again.

  Ordered the towbar along with a bypass relay, the relay came next day, I messaged a couple of days later as the towbar hadn't been dispatched, the towbar came the next day. Bear in mind I had already experienced one cancelled order by the seller because of stock issues. I appreciate the listing states a 3 day delivery window but to wait 2 days then use DHL next day?? I'm giving positive feedback though because the products are so competitively priced.

  The tow bar was inadequately packaged in inappropriate packaging and without adequate protection. It arrived in seriously damaged packaging, with brackets, bolts, and elec socket missing. The seller refused to allow me to collect replacement parts and wanted me to deal with their courier service. Th missing parts have a value of £70. The seller is refusing to refund for those parts, as it was not an option for me to return the and the seller is being unreasonable. I intend to avoid this seller

  We apologise that your order arrived with a damaged box. On rare occasions, boxes may be damaged during transit due to courier mishandling, resulting in missing parts. You refused to cooperate to allow us to resolve this as per the terms and conditions of sale.

  Perfect seller. Unfortunately my box was battered when it got delivered and a few bits got lost but the seller got the bits sent back out and fitted perfectly thankyou.
