  Pleased with item. As described and arrived within 5 days. I was initially disappointed as I could not get multi buy offer on his item even though I was buying two t shirts at the same price just different designs, but after raising the issue with seller they kindly refunded me 10% of my order back. Seller communicated quickly prior to purchase and afterwards. Would buy from again. Thank you for rectifying my experience.

  A very well made cushion cover which was well packaged. When there was a problem receiving the item via the postal system, the seller was excellent at communicating with me and sorting out the problem. I can recommend this seller.

  Artikel wie beschrieben, habe diese Jacke zum zweiten Mal gekauft damit ich eine zum wechseln habe. Super Qualität ! Preis ist auch in Ordnung ! Schnell geliefert !   My item unfortunately came faulty however the seller resolved it extremely quickly and refunded me straight away just waiting to get it back so can order again as shopped here a lot never had an issue I’m guessing it’s probably the currier that caused the damage but the seller made it so easy to work with them on this it’s much appreciated thank you 🙏🏼 and I will certainly still recommend the store as value and good customer care 5****so when I get it I’ll reorder from this seller ☺️🙏🏼

  The item delivered was incorrect. So I contacted the seller, who responded extremely swiftly and requested photos of the item I received. Once I had done this then a refund was issued instantly, and labels were sent to me so that I could return item at no cost to me. No complaints at all from me regarding the seller's excellent communications and customer services. Five Star eBayer.

  I paid for a Kitchen Devil knife sharpener, ask displayed, but they sent me the cheaper version, which you can buy for £4 less. I wrote to them and they asked for photos, which I sent them; I've heard nothing since. False advertising when they show you a photo of what you want, but send you the wrong item and lesser quantity, then they don't reply to you to solve the issue! I will never buy from this firm again!
