  We bought a Rand McNally 730 GPS. We wanted to use it on our vacation in our motorhome. Unfortunately, we had problems with the unit. Upon returning, I told the seller of our problems with the unit. They offered us another brand new unit designed for RVs. I looked this unit up online and found out it came out several years and wasn't supported by Rand McNally anymore. I explained this to the seller and requested a refund. Absolutely no problems returning the GPS unit with free shipping.

  Great seller I really appreciate the fact that they contacted be after sale to go over purchase and back sure I understand what I purchased. Item was exactly as stated nothing was not disclosed.
