    Thank you so much for your message and understanding on this item being lost and not delivered and showing true concern much appreciated and valued communication card arrived with another that had been marked delivered early so it was 4 days after it originally said delivered 7/5 it was today 7/9 thank you again great card and seller.

    I appreciate the kind words, thank you. USPS eBay Standard Envelope is definitely a frustrating service sometimes due to horrible tracking and USPS slowness. Our hopes are most buyers receive their order within 2-7 days, but sadly eBay Standard Envelope has horrible tracking such as this showing delivered when it then takes them another 4 days! We promise orders will arrive or a full refund would be issued.
