  Item was delivered exactly how it was photoed, which is amazing considering that FedEx totally brutalized the package. This is not the sellers fault, if they didn't do such a good job of packing, the lantern would not have survived! You would think for charging almost $40 to ship a small package that has "fragile" plastered all over it, FedEx would take more care in shipping. Seller is great, but after several similar issues, I'm going to have to stop buying from people that ship with FedEx.

  This seller is the type of seller that gives EBAY a good name. Great price, great communication, fast shipping. The seller even upgraded the shipping to 2 day Priority shipping at no extra cost. I would love to buy from this seller again. This seller deserves nothing less than 5 stars. I would give more if that were an option. Thank you!!!!!!!!!

  The seller advertised this as "Loud External Remote Phone Ringer" - however, I could not get it to work even after having an electrician check it. When I contacted the seller I was told he didn't even check to see if it worked, and would not give me a refund unless I returned it paying more for the shipping then the item. Big ripoff! I would not recommend this seller.
