Our store offers anything and everything from books and DVD's to clothing, home decor, kitchen items and more. With the exception of some books, which are first editions, the majority of our items are brand new. We DO sell used items which will have many photos and descriptions depicting the item condition in detail. We take pride in our customer service and are very quick to securely package and ship all items at a very rapid speed. All of our items are shipped PRIORITY MAIL for the simple reason that we cannot rely on our USPS and take the hit every time an item is lost or damaged.     The comics I purchased were not as described. It was advertised as Superman Man Of Steel #17, 18, and 19. What I received was Superman Man Of Steel #17 and 18 and Superman #19. I was looking for the complete Man Of Steel run and should have looked more closely at the photos.

    I can see that you have also been a Seller on this platform for many years. I am certain you understand the importance of feedback and how publishing negative feedback affects Seller accounts. I am disappointed you didn't have the courtesy of reaching out to resolve directly with me first. If it's an error on our end, we do our best to accommodate.
