Hi there, I'm Sonu. After finishing my textile design degree, I worked in a big textile company where I found my passion for creating designs inspired by nature and traditional arts. My seniors liked my work, which gave me the confidence to eventually start my own small business.
Now, with Saroj Devi and Krishan Lal on my team, we run a workshop where we specialize in making handmade braided natural jute rugs. This technique uses natural fibers of jute and braids them with bare hands that look naturally so good and the pure natural beige color is so eye- catching. Each piece is made with 100% natural jute and undergoes dry-cleaning for an antique look.
Everything in my shop is handmade, reflecting my love for design and dedication to preserving the art of traditional craftsmanship.
