  Great mugs, mint condition (with the exception of one that was broken during shipping). Shipping was reasonable, but the packaging left something to be desired...one of my items arrived broken because it was not protected enough for the shipping process. The seller refunded my entire purchase for the inconvenience, so they get a 4/5 for item condition, but a 10/10 for customer service. I would buy from this seller again (hopefully they'll get more bubble wrap for next time).

  Item exactly as advertised. Shipping cost was very fair however USPS is slow around here so it arrived later than should have. Item was packaged very well. Lastly, the cost was an absolute bargain. Thanks for the great deal and service.

  Love this mug! The seller did a fantastic job packing it. Layers of protection in in a box! Quickly shipped and it looks just like it was described. A very good value from an excellent seller. Highly recommend!
