Before I ordered, I asked about ordering them, I was told there was a drop down, which there wasn't, so I sent a message (that seems to have been completely ignored, asking that they fill this order with 1 tan bear and 1 brown bear, they shipped e bears of the same color. So, that's the reason for the neutral feedback,even though I really wanted to leave a negative rating. Like I said, I'm an unhappy,unsatisfied customer
