Buyer made no attempt to resolve issue before leaving feedback. Player was new in open box (cover photo in the listing showed player on and working, and description stated the same). At time of purchase, buyer wrote "ensure working condition," so they disregarded the photos and description and purchased without confirming for themselves that it in fact worked. Will attempt to work with buyer to revise feedback.
