  First the incorrect item (something glass/fragile) was shipped in a box without protection, and shattered. I contacted the seller and they prompted replaced it. The real item arrived in good condition with actual packing material. Good communication, fixed the mistake promptly.

  The item arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described. Shipping took a couple of extra days due to a stop with an authenticator—something I wasn’t fully aware of at the outset, as it may not have been clearly communicated. That said, the overall experience was still very positive, and I would gladly purchase from this seller again.
