Over ons

We are a small Tucson-based company with only 9 employees split into two locations. We currently offer local repairs at our storefront for our Tucson-based customers and worldwide mail-in repair services at our repair center location. We currently offer around 600 different repair services for Samsung, LG, Vizio, Sharp, Sony, Panasonic, RCA, Emerson, Magnavox, and a few other brands, but are constantly expanding our services. As a young and smaller company, we are very flexible and able to adapt to different situations. We are always making improvements to our business, and aim to have premium quality repairs, customer service, and communication.

Our mission is to reduce electronic waste through advanced component and software level repairs.

    My Synology DS1812+ NAS died during an update. I sent it to Nicks Electronic Repair thinking it was a goner for sure. Once I had purchased the service I felt informed and looked after from beginning to end. Extremely professional and great communication. I was updated as my device moved through their facility, receiving the news it was fixed. I received it, well packaged, and and it is working like new.

    Older model NAS quit working. They don't make this model any more so I went looking for a used one. Found Nick's repair service and decided to go that route instead. They did the common fix, tested for that and sent it back. Turned out the CPU was also bad which required extra service and specialized equipment. Decided to go with it and am pleased to report everything is good! Nick's maintained great communication throughout. Great eBayer, excellent service, will definitely use again. A+++++++
