  The seller has issued a partial refund after accepting that the bike received was not as described. Perhaps they were not aware of the faults the bike had. But all and all, a pro seller who understands and respects customers needs and honesty. I am happy to keep the bike and can recommend this seller for other customers.

  Postage & packaging perfect. Delivery had issues with Parcel Force and their delivery drivers but nothing to do with the seller. Would highly recommend the sellers to anyone.
