    The package condition was very protected so my product wasn’t damaged. The charger works amazing as if it were the original one that came with the mirror!! Product came as pictured. This is the only seller I could find that has the product I needed! The communication with the seller was top-tier. They always answered my message in less than a day. When I needed any clarification about my order, they provided an answer. They encouraged contacting them if anything wasn’t up to my expectations.

    product arrived in pristine condition because it was clearly protected appropriately, as the shipping box was a mess (not the vendor's problem, obviously, just indicating that the vendor took the necessary steps to get the product to me undamaged); product worked out of the box as expected; vendor communication was great; overall this was a tremendous value to me as I could not find my backups to the test data I had on my NUC; could not be more pleased

    Excellent customer service, the power board was exactly as described at the best cost available, delivered from China in 13 days. Unfortunately, replacing the board did not resolve our backlight issue (sound but no picture) through no fault with the board. Highly recommend this supplier!
