  I mean, it’s kind of what is pictured, but the quality is lacking in a major way. With the grainy cell phone pics with an MS Paint logo over it, you really can’t see what’s going on, but it’s clearly a low quality rip of a real product. It’s not an actual frame mat board, it’s a pharmacy photo printer copy of a low quality image of a frame mat board. For over $60, kind of expected a mat board, and not a photocopy. Just beware.

  Buyer is a seller and copied it. never asked to return it. never heard a word about it being a problem or would have asked to returned for a refund . Listing never claimed it was a " mat " in description. or had magic powers. Quality is Good and IS Legit . I don't know why people arw.so quick to talk ship and drop negatives I have sold on here since 1999 , ya don't think I h Ave had a negative before ??? I'm going to start doing it.
