  I strongly advise everyone not to buy anything from this seller. I purchased a laptop which I received, but it looked completely different from the photos. They sent me another one, with damage on the screen side, scratches and dents on the top back cover, scratches on the back cover that were not shown in the photos or mentioned in the description, and even a broken corner. They also do not reply to my messages.

  When you initially contacted me about the scratch on the bezel, I had assumed that it was damaged in shipping and asked if you would like to return it or receive a partial refund. You asked for a 45% refund, I requested that we just do a return for a full refund. This is when you informed me you used a 3rd party freight forwarder to ship outside of the U.S. I had asked that you bring up the damages with your freight forwarder. My only other negative feedback is from a similar situation.
