    Shipping was quick, but the packaging I was not happy with because the jacket was crammed into a small plastic bag and it was ripped on two different areas, but the jacket was as described, but I’m very disappointed in the dirty areas now because the bag was ripped, and the coat was exposed. Shipping cost of $15 should be reimbursed as this is no way to ship a coat

    The item was as described - clean and in good condition. The shipping and packaging were also good. Shipping was a couple of days late but that was due to the holiday and slow service by the post office. I would buy from this vendor again.
