  The mouse pad is beautiful, well made, and just as described. The thickness of the pad is perfect. The pad arrived well packaged and ahead of the projected delivery date. This is an excellent mouse pad and well worth the price. I highly recommend this seller.

  Took a while I mean 6+ days to get them shipped from them. The rep claimed they were shocked. Eventually it did show and was intact and looks good. It was the item I had purchased so not some other item like some had claimed they received! Packaging was ok but I would have did more on the protection. When it comes to value they were on par for that it is not raised letters but printed on or a sticker/decal of what you want.

  Excellent items and communication. Very fast shipping. A pleasure to deal with. Very recommended seller! The only downside was that DHL dinged me on border processing fees / taxes (in Canada), which made the item more expensive.

  I got all excited to be able to order a custom plate to hang in the den as a birthday gift, Alas, It was not to be. I was informed that it turns out the reproduction '55 Florida plate is not customizable by them in an embossed form. What the picture shows is the only option. So while disappointing I cannot beat them up about it. As soon as they realized it they contacted me with apologies and canceled the order and issued a refund. Great communication, and keep supporting the Brotherhood.

  The poster was well protected in a heavy cardboard sleeve/cylinder for shipping. The poster was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. The poster is as advertised and I am pleased with the quality and value of the poster. The poster presents itself very well and is true to the original sign. Shipping was quick.

  As some others have stated, there were some shipping issues. Ordered on 2/10, shipping label created on 2/12 with estimated delivery by 2/19. Item was not shipped, opened "item not received" case on 2/20, seller messaged me that day and said it was shipped but a short time later said there was bad weather and asked if I still wanted my item shipped or a refund, I requested that they send item, it was sent out and I received it 3/1. Items are as pictured and I am very happy with them. Recommend.
