  On purchase I had realised I brought the wrong hdd drives I was after the Seagate 10tb IronWolf not the pro model. I contacted the eBay seller requesting to change the order or to cancel the order and issue a refund before the order was posted but unfortunetly I never heard back from the seller. They still went ahead and posted the order. The hdd drives arrived and seem to be ok. Due to the Terrible communication I would recommend using a different seller

  Drives arrived 2 days early. Exact replacement for the manufacturer refurbished drives for only a few dollars more. No issues with 2 of the drives that have replaced the refurbished drives. One more to replace. Drives were packed extremely well. Will order again from this seller.
