  PLCs as described, and working, which is great. Customer support was superb... They called within the hour of me placing the order. That's amazing. They show their professionalism, even asked how fast we needed them if we needed to ship quicker. Shipping already was, insane. Within two days, I believe? I'm keeping them on my list of sellers to check in with when we need replacement parts. They give you valid reason to trust them.

  MRM is a top notch business! Due to some extraordinary circumstances, there were issues with the correct parts being delivered. I contacted the seller thru ebay and I quickly received a phone call from the owner. He was beyond apologetic about the situation and was on his own time with family in the background. We were easily able to get the situation resolved. It is so relieving to know there are still businesses that believe in reaching out to make things right.

  Had a product size discrepancy with the seller, Matt contacted me after the sale and took full responsibility for the error, refunded my money and made the situation right. I would without hesitation recommend this seller as a small business still ran by humans with common values that without a fuss identified a customers unsatisfactory experience and promptly took it upon themselves to address the issue and correct it. Shop with this business and you are in good hands.

  I’m leaving a review mainly because I was a little surprised with Customer service in a good way. I asked a question and didn’t get an answer within a day. I decided to just order my items. The price was right and it was worth taking a shot. I received a phone call from Matt? I’d have to check. Either way, nobody calls like that to respond to an EBay question before shipping your order. That was the purpose of calling me. They had people out but he wanted to answer my question before shipping.
