In case the parts are damaged after assembly by unauthorized persons, we act according to the procedures in our sales contract.
It is your responsibility to prove that the product has been replaced by the authorized service and with its invoice, so that you can request a product replacement or refund within the scope of the warranty.

The sump plug should have arrived thursday/Friday but it didn't arrive until the following Monday which unfortunately was after the service on the car had to be done. Never mind,at-least I'll have it for next time lol.

Monday morning receive an email telling me their terms and conditions. 30 seconds later receive a notice that they have been shipped. I'm then later told I cannot have the address changed after they have been sent. I can't now cancel as they are going to somewhere miles away. Seller is not helpful and very standoffish. I know I put the wrong address but seller isn't helpful at all. Customer service sucks.
