  I have to give kudos for fast communication-I reached out and stated that their description of the scooter was *new* but arrived with box opened and re-taped multiple times so I was afraid of getting a "return"..although after inspection, the scooter parts were not aligned according to the description, but seems it was a open box, but not used as a used return. I was able to correct it with no problem. I really like the scooter! The Seller offered a % off refund to keep it and I accepted.Thanks!

  The seller is stellar as the shipping company dropped the ball. I reached out to the seller and they quickly assured me that all would be well and took care of the issue and eased my concerns. The box arrived a little busted up, but the condition of the chair itself is pristine and attractive and given the value for the quality of this chair I’m very happy. Great seller.

  These guys are really on top of their commitment to customer service. Talk about really instilling confidence and trust in a customer let me just say. I had a shipping issue where I sent package to wrong a much older address of mine, so I sent them a message at around 9:15pm and they were already in full swing contacting me back and continuously updating me and being patient and respectful towards me on what could have been a very frustrating ordeal, but nope super simple, super straightforward

  The yoga blocks were packaged so well! They each came in an individual cardboard box, which thoroughly protected the item. I was so impressed. And the quality of the blocks is exactly as described. A very good seller. And a very good price.
