  As described, open box for half off of new. No damage to the box but could have been packed in a separate box for shipping. Seller just wrapped the original box. The sub box only had one piece of cardboard between it and the outside. Could have easily been damaged in shipping on corners but it wasn't thankfully.

  This is my second set of these speakers and I like them. The set I received looked new and were in the original box even though the description said they were open box. The box was beat up but the product was perfect. Great price for what I received. I might get another set.

  Seller is very slow to respond and very slow to issue partial refund for missing item. I have revised the feedback from negative because I purchased a USB keyboard and mouse and the receiver was supposed to be included in the flap of the box and when I received it there was no flap on the box. It was just packing tape over it because it had been opened which I was expecting. But I did expect the receiver to be in there and it wasn t

  WOW, there are acto no words to explain how amazing and awesome this seller/person is. Super fast delivery, EXCELLENT communication, I was very confused because my keyboard wasn’t working but this seller calmly took the time to walk me through the process on how to go online to the logo support website and literally in less than 3 minutes my keyboard wasn’t working but up and running and I was so so so happy. Will recommend this seller 110% anytime. Will buy form again with my eyes closed. A++++
