  Box arrived with damage. UPS driver noted in delivery. Opened box and surprisingly hood side not damaged. Plastic bag it was shipped in probably saved it. Delayed four days due to mishandling by carrier, otherwise, great transaction.

  There was an issue with the first package getting lost by ups. A replacement seat was immediately sent out via different shipper. The seat was exactly as advertised and their customer service was awesome. Would definitely buy from this company again.
