  This was a great deal, we received the item in original box, new as stated and in a previously opened box. The contents seemed to have been packed as they were originally. The bidet works perfectly and looks brand new (we even have to unwrap the sticky plastic covers from the parts. Shipping was soon after completing the purchase thru USPS, which was a bit of an inconvenience because nowadays their services are bad, and they delayed the delivery date for a few days, not the sellers fault though

  The faucet was shipped in its original packaging (despite being listed as possibly without the original package), enclosed within another box for added protection. The description was perfect and the tracking was exact.

  Excellent quality. It appeared to be brand new. It arrived clean, carefully packed to prevent damage, and in great condition. It was a good price. Also, the seller had it in my hands pretty quick, and with updates along the way! They're great!
