  I have much respect for Models-factory and would do business with them in future because for their honesty. I attempted to order a model from them but soon found out that it was longer available. I was disappointed at first but they were quick about informing me issue and also giving me other options which I appreciated. I ended up receiving a refund which was quick and painless.

  Seller listed 3 were available. Once purchased, seller said this item was out of stock. Money refunded. About a day after, seller re-listed the same item. Buyer purchased again but was later told this item was out of stock again. Money refunded. It looks like there are a few sellers all located in China selling the same models. This is evidenced that their listing pictures all had similar backdrop. They do not communicate to each other when a certain model was sold out by other sellers.

  we send three model to the buyer,the buyer open three return dispute,reason is all three damage,it impossible for all three model damage, I don't want the forth dispute,so we had to cancel the deal!

  I sent multiple pictures to prove that all three models were damaged. Seller's packaging method had issues. The rough handling by the carrier added to the damages. Ebay had to step in to help me get the refund.
