  Item listed as new, but in fact was very old stock. Came poorly packaged in a plastic envelope with no padding. Item package was smashed and cracked (pieces fell out inside envelope). Only leaving positive feedback because, luckily the kit wasn't damaged. Otherwise, quick shipping. Recommend buying from a more reputable seller.

  According to tracking item was promptly shipped but was lost in shipment and I never did receive it. Seller was very understanding and tried to help and when item couldn't be located gave a very prompt and full refund. Would deal with them again based on how they tried to help locate the item and gave the very prompt refund. Thank you

  Super fast shipping. The item was packaged very nicely and were brand new castor wheels just as described. Unfortunately they did not fit my couch, I needed larger ones so I was going to have to do a return. I was issued a refund right away which was just great!!
