  Item was as described and works good. Very competitive price. Item was in new condition with no signs of use. Only outer carton was missing and the molded box it came in was in new condition and had a new appearance. The only gripe I had,which was out of sellers control, was that it temporarily got lost in the mail and tracking was useless. Recieved Item on the 12th of Feb and still shows on the way. Would buy from this seller again, especially if I could request UPS or FedEx to deliver it.

  Actually 2-1/2 stars. White probe was dead on arrival. Item WAS brand New, so----Great customer service from ThermoPro on the product though. Biggest issue with item is the probes are about the size of a PENCIL?! (All most) All in all, great seller communication on the return-credit service! Highly required seller for future purchases. Thank You. A++++++
