  This and two other items were lost in the mail due to an error on the seller’s end but the seller quickly replaced the main stone with an equally lovely AND somewhat bigger stone. Stone is as described and a super value. Packaging was secure and the item arrived quickly. Good communication and great resolution to the problem. There are two smaller stones that still are to be replaced but l am not worried. I’ve purchased many stones from this seller and have always been happy . A+++ Thank you!
