  Had an issue with my order. Opened a return request, this seller became unprofessionally defensive. Calling the situation a scam. Suggesting that the items would be switched out "switcharoo". Unnecessarily aggressive behavior. Told me the refund would be processed once the item they sent was returned, received the exact item back and then a rain of messages and no refund to date. Threatened to report me, etc. Complained about covering shipping both ways. Not the way to treat the customer. Shame

  Ebay told me to wait to refund this buyer because yes the buyer did send the correct item back. But the item was exactly as the item was listed there was nothing wrong with the cd. Just the wrong distributer but it was listed as so. I contacted person I bought from and it was never swapped out. I explained that to the buyer all the numbers matched on the cd numbers on bottom of cd even took it to well known music shop and said buyer must not have understood. Buyer reported for misuse returns!
