  The item came with a different name branded on it than what the images had shown. However, it was brand new, as stated, and came in factory sealed packaging. While it does appear to be the same product that was possibly just rebranded, my initial concern was the fact that I had made my purchase decision based on research I had done on that specific brand. But the fact that they replied to my concerns immediately & went above and beyond to make it right, tells me this was truly an honest mistake!

  There was an issue with the 1st usb flash drive not working. I sent the seller a message about it. Seller sent a replacement and that one worked. Brand new, as described. Excellent value. Highly recommended seller. Thanks.

  Listed as the seller had mentioned. I've had no issues. Overall packaging was also amazing, not just that it's low profile, meaning you don't see it on the PC much. The condition was brand new out of the box. So was the quality, Bluetooth and wifi worked amazingly. And for the value and the price, you cant really beat it. It got here amazingly fast, within 1 day or so. I recommend the seller A+++

  securely packaged and arrived safely. unfortunately, it wasnt what i expected and seller said i may have received the wrong shipment. was offered an exchange, but opted for refund and expect to ship return tomorrow for a refund.
