  The Keyboard came in its original box taped with a white plastic bag like cover and delivered by FedEx. All parts were included inside, and the condition appeared like new, not counting the box. With the added coupon this was a great value. The only thing missing from the description on the web site was what mechanical keys where included. Mine were Red. The quality in my opinion, you just can't ask for better without paying a lot more. The delivery time was spot-on. I recommend seller.

  sold as "Open box" “The item in this listing is an Open Box (packaging maybe slightly distressed)". The item arrived with a "reconditioned:" sticker. This was clearly misrepresented in the item listing. I attempted to cancel the purchase within seconds of hitting the buy now button because I wanted new and not open box. My request was refused because the seller had "already shipped" the item. Another clear misrepresentation. I won't buy from this type of seller in the future.

  It still had tags & was in sealed clear bags. Tags still attached to shoulder strap. Completely pleased with it matching post description. The value was great as it didn’t exceed new prices vs places such as Amazon since shipping was included. Speaking of shipping, that was fast & timely too. Thank you for using a company that wasn’t USPS.

  Une merveille, fonctionne extrêmement bien et aucun défaut. Est arrivé bien plus en avance sur le temps estimé qui était supposé. Pas dans une boîte d'origine, mais le commerçant a vraiment pris soin de très bien emballé pour que sa ne bouge pas. Très satisfait du service client et il a vraiment pris le temps de communiquer avec respect tout du long jusqu'à terme de livraison. J'étais un peu réticent au départ de commander chez ce vendeur, mais je suis agréablement impressionné (Je le Recommade)

  This seller was the first one of many I bought items from on this day to mail my purchase and it was the first of my purchases to arrive to my home in perfect condition, made of quality materials and packaged with care. Item’s appearance is better in person than the eBay photos are able to do justice. Because of these things I found that the experience with this seller was stellar and he/she provided me great value and great customer service. I recommend this seller and I would do business again

  The product said Scratch and dent and I don’t see any marks. It was in excellent condition. The packaging was very good and protected the coffee maker. This is a very good value for the coffee maker. I contacted the seller and they were very responsive. I recommend buying from this seller.
