  I bought 2 pairs of Michael Kors sandals for my wife for $50 per. Both are defective with the exact same strap having the glue that holds to the sole, unattached/non-existent. I contacted the seller & offered to return as this is clearly a manufacturers defect. The seller told me that there is “no need to return” and they would refund me for both of my orders. The seller refunded for just one pair and despite multiple attempts & proof, the sellers have ignored all since attempts to contact.

  We have a 30 day return policy. We agreed to refund the one pair without a return but the other pair had been over 30 days before the return was requested.
