  Contacted supplier as I suspected that the item was not an original as advertised. They informed me that they had bought this in good faith from their supplier as an original but came to an agreement with me that I could return the item or accept a compromise ( which I chose to do). Item was new as described. Good communication and prompt delivery.

  The item arrived within the scheduled window. Unfortunately, there was some damage to the Item, but as I was able to repair this myself and it was usable, I decided to keep it. On informing Andy of my disappointment, he was quick to respond and offered a full refund on return or a partial refund, which I accepted. Despite the problem, all was handled quickly and fairly, and I would not hesitate to buy from Him again. Thank you, Andy. Impressed with your High level of customer service. Tony

  Item was delivered speedily and was well packaged. It was in new condition but the instructions file was incomplete. I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. I would, therefore, be very happy to do business with this dealer again.

  This item took some getting. It was sent promptly where it sat for at least two weeks in Yodel’s depot. I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence. Thanks for all of your comms and efforts!!

  The condition of the item is fine. The appearance of the item well it's a lot different to what you see in the picture. You don't get the box that is displayed. Mine came in a see-through plastic container. The gimmick works very well if you don't use any playing cards. I mean I am going to get a hold of a different company who is selling this trick and ask them about it as they are a magic shop and most of the time you need to be able to do magic in order to sell it.
