  Coin is not fine silver .999. It is simply silver-plated. Returned coin. Paid my own return shipping. I have been waiting for seller for almost ca 4 weeks for refund. He received his returned coin back. Keeps coming up with delaying reasons to delay refund. eBay approved the return and refund. He did too. Then claims he went on vacation to Alaska for 7-10 days. I waited he came back 1 week ago. He got the coin back and still not refunding me. This seller is bogus. Do not buy from him.
